Starting at $599 for a 32 GB model (Wi-Fi-only) with expandable memory up to 256 GB, the Tab S3 sounds, at least, competitive.
In another bid to garner the popularity that it once enjoyed because of its larger displays as compared to the competing devices, Samsung would be rolling out a series of prototypes for a new kind of foldable display. This contributes to the size of the screen without changing the smaller size of the entire device. As said on Droid Report, the new tablet will boasts a 9.7-inch HDR AMOLED screen with 2048x1536 Quad HD display resolution.
Again, while the Tab S3 does ship with an S Pen, the additional keyboard will cost an extra $129. It includes a number of features, such as Screen Off Memo for jotting down notes when the display is off, as well as PDF Annotation and Advanced Drawing Tools.
According to Kevin Wong, head of research at analysis firm IHS China, the global version of the Galaxy S8 will ship with 4GB of RAM. The company is hoping for a good response by the users this time for the device. They also both have Wi-Fi 802.11 and Bluetooth 4.2.
There's a 13-megapixel camera with autofocus and a flash on the back, and on the front there's a 5-megapixel shooter for selfies.
Aside that, the Galaxy Tab S3 features a 13MP and 5MP cameras, 6,000 mAh battery, quick charging feature and runs on Android Nougat. If Samsung was to launch the Galaxy X soon enough then it might help restore the faith of Samsung loyalists and their reputation.
If we look into camera features there is a huge difference between Note 7 and Z5.
"More RAM doesn't necessarily translate into better performance so Galaxy S8 owners across the globe shouldn't feel that they've been handed a less capable smartphone", adds SamMobile. Most speculations based on logic indicate that Samsung will be distributing the new update to the models which came out last, so that the new firmware will be more impactful.
