Thousands of Samsung Group workers were evacuated on Friday from its headquarters in South Korea's capital city Seoul after police received a report that an identified explosive was placed inside the building.

The Samsung Life building received a bomb threat at around 11:30 a.m. It was not immediately clear which Samsung building in Seocho, a southern district in Seoul, was reportedly being evacuated.
Special police forces and military experts in bomb disposal then searched the building for two hours but failed to find any suspicious material, the station said.
